2.1 Shipping

Free shipping on orders over 100 €. 



2.2 Payment Methods

In the online store, payment methods are:

CREDIT CARD and PAYPAL





As indicated in the payment menu at the end of the purchase, no other means of payment will be accepted.



The customer must pay only the exact amount specified in the confirmation of each order, and must do so using only the payment methods described above. Otherwise, if the Customer tries to use another form of payment not foreseen, FEMA cannot be held responsible for the loss of payment or for any other damages that may result from it.





2.3 Confirmation or Cancellation

After making his purchase, the Customer will receive an automatic email confirming the transaction, which should be printed or saved for future reference.

Your order will only be processed after confirmation of the respective payment. In case of non-payment or non-compliance or non-confirmation of these General Conditions, FEMA reserves the right not to accept the customer's order, or to cancel it, even after automatic confirmation of the same.

FEMA reserves the right not to confirm and / or deliver the products of the order placed by the Client, regardless of the reason and exempt from liability for any damages or costs, if:

- any unpredictable event or change to current circumstances arises that may affect production, transportation and the respective costs, or that causes abnormal rises in the prices of raw materials;

- if, for some reason, it is impossible to collect and receive the respective payment;

- if the ordered products are no longer available;

- if the order was placed with errors in the data essential for the delivery of the order;



- if the order is flagged by the website's security systems as an incorrect, irregular and / or considered fraudulent order.



In any of the referred cases, FEMA will inform the Customer by e-mail about such situation of impossibility of confirmation of the sale and about the consequent cancellation of the order, returning the amount paid for the articles.



2.4 Delivery



In cases where the Client opts for the Transport service, it is provided by FEMA

In case you want to present any complaint related to the unloading and / or assembly, it should be sent by email to FEMA and complemented with photographs that prove it.



2.5 Delivery Times



Except for some exceptional situation, items will be delivered within a maximum of 5 to 7 days (for custom-made items) after the order is formalized. In the event of a delay due to force majeure, FEMA undertakes to inform the Client and make the best efforts to resolve the situation quickly.



2.6 Exchanges / Returns / Complaints



EXCHANGES / RETURNS / COMPLAINTS

EXCHANGES:

The customer has 14 calendar days after receiving his order to exchange or return his item, without having to justify the reason for it.

To make your exchange you must contact by email to supere.sena@gmail.com and wait for our instructions.


You should never send your order back to us without our authorization, so we will not be responsible for the non-arrival of it.

Exchanges are carried out through our distribution partner who, taking the exchange item, immediately picks up what he wants to return to us.

In the case of exchange, just place the item that is to be delivered in a closed packaging / bag. You do not need to send the original packaging.

The exchange service has a fixed cost of € 5.

Purchases made on the website are exchanged online.

In-store purchases are exchanged in-store.

Stocks do not cross.



RETURNS:

The customer has 14 calendar days after receiving his order to exchange or return his item, without having to justify the reason for it.

All returns must be made as received: with box or envelope, cards and all accessories inherent to the order.

Upon return, CAIXA FEMA cannot be damaged with tape or delivered directly to the courier without being protected, so if the same occurs, the value of the same will be deducted from the value of the return.

You should never send your order back to us without our authorization, so we will not be responsible for the non-arrival of it.

Only the value of the pieces is returned.

The return service is made through a collection request by FEMA and has a fixed cost of € 5, which is deducted from the refund amount.

Purchases made on the website are returned online.

Returns are not accepted in physical stores.

Stocks do not cross.


CLAIMS

Under the terms of the legislation in force, in case of non-conformity of the item with the contract, the consumer is entitled to have it replaced free of charge, through repair or replacement, to an appropriate price reduction or to terminate the contract. The consumer must report the lack of conformity within a maximum period of two months after its detection and can exercise the rights described when the lack of conformity manifests itself within a period of up to two years after the delivery of the good.

Under the terms of the legislation in force, in case of non-conformity of the item with the contract, the consumer is entitled to have it replaced free of charge, through repair or replacement, to an appropriate price reduction or to terminate the contract. The Customer may proceed with the free resolution of the purchase and sale contract of the products, without any indemnity payment being made and without the need to invoke any reason, within 14 days after physical possession of the goods. You will be reimbursed for the amount paid for the products ordered, and the cost of returning these must be borne by the Customer. He may exercise his right to freely terminate the contract by completing the following:

In any case, only returns will be accepted for items that are without any trace of use / alteration, in perfect original conditions and accompanied by all the accessories that constitute them. It is up to the Customer to properly pack the items to be returned.
