Recipe developed by Senasaudáveis, composed solely of 8 plants produced in organic farming and with aromatic and medicinal properties that help in the problem of fluid retention, cellulite and swelling, at the same time, it contributes to eliminate toxins associated with weight gain.
The package contains 40 g of mixture, equivalent to 20 individual doses (about 2 g per cup or per 1 liter of water).
To prepare, put a teaspoon of the herbal tea in infusion, using the individual sachets included inside (one tablespoon per 500ml - 1 L of hot water). Leave to infuse for about 5 minutes.
